Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onions and celery, sauté until soft.
- Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute.
- Add seafood stock and heavy cream, stir until thickened.
- Mix in shrimp, crab, peas, carrots, and corn.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix biscuit mix and milk until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the seafood mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
