Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix grated carrots, flour, sugars, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- Add walnuts and stir until combined.
- Spread the batter onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While baking, prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Invert the cake onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
- Spread the cream cheese filling over the cake.
- Roll the cake tightly with the towel and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
