Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in grated carrots and walnuts.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Invert the cake onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
- Roll the cake with the towel and let cool completely.
- For the filling, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Unroll the cake and spread the cream cheese filling evenly.
- Re-roll the cake and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
