Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix grated carrots, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Pour half of the carrot cake batter into a greased springform pan.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter.
- Top with the remaining carrot cake batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
