Instrukcje

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix Cajun seasoning, butter, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture under the turkey skin and all over the turkey.
  4. In a large pan, sauté onion, celery, and bell pepper until soft.
  5. Add cornbread, chicken broth, and parsley to the pan and mix well.
  6. Stuff the turkey with the cornbread mixture.
  7. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour remaining broth around it.
  8. Cover with foil and roast for 2.5 to 3 hours, removing foil for the last 30 minutes.
  9. Let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
