Cajun steak bites served with cheesy garlic shells in a skillet.

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instrukcje
- Season steak bites with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook until browned.
- Remove steak and set aside.
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and cheese, stir until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta shells and steak back to the skillet.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
