Cajun steak bites served with cheesy garlic shells in a skillet.

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt to taste
Instrukcje
- Season steak pieces with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add water and bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and cook according to package instructions.
- Drain macaroni and return to skillet.
- Add butter, garlic, cheddar cheese, and milk to macaroni.
- Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy.
- Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and mix well.
- Season with salt and serve hot.
