  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt to taste

Instrukcje

  1. Season steak pieces with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add water and bring to a boil.
  6. Add macaroni and cook according to package instructions.
  7. Drain macaroni and return to skillet.
  8. Add butter, garlic, cheddar cheese, and milk to macaroni.
  9. Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy.
  10. Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and mix well.
  11. Season with salt and serve hot.
