Instrukcje
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla to the yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into small balls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the donuts until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels and fill with your choice of filling.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
