Instrukcje
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add blueberries and lemon juice. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Blend mixture until smooth. Strain to remove skins if desired.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
