- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin

Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
- Add ground beef, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Cook until beef is browned.
- Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and sprinkle cheese. Roll up and place seam side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
