Instrukcje

- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, grated zucchini, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in walnuts if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
