Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Let cool.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the cheesecake and top with banana slices.
