- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Oil for brushing
Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir well.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a portion of the beef mixture and some cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a flauta.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Place flautas on a baking sheet. Brush with oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
