Instrukcje
- In a pot, combine coconut milk and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add mushrooms, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and bird’s eye chilies.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
