Instrukcje
- In a pot, combine chicken broth and coconut milk.
- Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and chilies. Bring to a boil.
- Add sliced chicken and mushrooms. Cook until chicken is done.
- Stir in fish sauce and lime juice.
- Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro.
