Instrukcje
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add flour to make a roux, cooking until brown.
- Add onions, bell peppers, celery, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add sausage and chicken. Cook until browned.
- Stir in okra, tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning.
- Pour in chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
