			- 4 medium potatoes
 - 1 cup shredded cheese

Instrukcje
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
 - Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise.
 - Scoop out some potato flesh, leaving a bit for texture.
 - Brush the insides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
 - Place the potato halves in the air fryer, skin side down, and cook for 10 minutes.
 - Flip the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
 - Add cheese to the potato skins and cook until melted, about 2-3 minutes.
 - Remove from the air fryer and top with sour cream and green onions before serving.
