A delicious air fryer version of the classic chicken cordon bleu.

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instrukcje
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly the chicken breasts and pound them flat.
- Layer ham and cheese on one side of each chicken breast.
- Fold the chicken over to enclose the ham and cheese.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken in the basket without overlapping.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
